A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside. ⭐️ Pet Policy: We love dogs and are happy to welcome up to 2! Please look after them, clean up after them (including hair and waste), and do not leave them unattended. Any damage caused by pets will result in a fine. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. ⭐️ No Parties: Unregistered guests are not allowed. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation and eviction. ⭐️ Locked cleaner closet, utility room and shed are off limits to guest. ⭐️ Trash Disposal: Please secure all trash in bins with lids closed to prevent critters. We kindly ask that you take care of the house as if it were your own. ⭐️ Special Events: For photography, filming, or gatherings, contact us before booking—additional fees and deposits may apply. ⭐️ Late check-out fees start at $60, increasing based on extended stay duration. ⭐️ Guests will be held liable for any and all damages caused to the property or furnishings on site.
